Hi. Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong or missing, the passenger door on our new van sometimes opens and often not even when everything is unlocked? Thanks

Probably the central door locking solenoid/ actuator is sticking, door trim needs to come off to check for operation, on some vehicles you have to press the release button twice, to open passenger door/boot, not totally sure on your vehicle,
