Drop down bed has stopped working. Does anybody know where I find the fuse box for the bed please?

On my Matrix there's a resettable fuse above the up/down button but there's also a fuse on the charging unit. On mine it is marked as spare.

Sorry, being a bit new to motorhomes, where is the charging unit located please?

Under the seat behind the drivers seat. Have you tried resetting the trip button situated just above the up and down toggle switch (as mentioned by IRHP). You need to give a few (15-20) seconds after it tripping before pushing the reset button. These beds in Adrias can be a nightmare. I’ve found the best way is to raise in short bursts. Having said that, we hardly ever use the drop down bed.

Thank you. The dealer we got the van from couldn't tell us and couldn't find info in handbooks. We have been told we haven't got a reset button on our model though!

It will definitely have a fuse, did the dealer not even show you the charging unit? Its next to the leisure battery.

Here’s a picture of the toggle switch with the reset button just above.

Not familiar with the layout of the Matrix Axess, but. our previous Matrix SL and the current DC model the charger unit together with the fuse box was/is under the seat right behind the drivers seat beside the leasure battery. I’m sure there will be an accessible blade fuse somewhere in addition to the reset button. I can’t believe the dealership who sold you the vehicle doesn’t know the location of the fuse, having said that it shouldn’t really surprise me. We spend close on £100k for a vehicle and receive worse service than a back street car dealer. Rant Over.
