Adria 670 matrix

Hi, we have the Adria 670 and in Spain, the question is our trauma heater works by gas but not on electric hook up and an error message e632h comes up. We then remove the electric until the system resets it self.
Does anyone know the reason why, thanks in advance

Thanks all, yes I do have all the manuals and reset it manually however wanted to know the reason why and how to rectify and if anyone has come across this problem.
