Hi All,

We had a slight damp issue with our window by the kitchen a few years ago that had to be resealed, but as we have a slight blue stain from the damp that it caused, I am considering using some adhesive tiles over the top to make it look tidier. (see photo)

The question I have is, does anyone think this would cause more issues with damp in the future, or do you think it would be ok and just keep monitoring the areas as per normal?

Just checked the post out and it seems to deal more about asthetics rather than if it would cause any damp issues, which is what I am more looking at; the tiles are just an example of what can be used.

I just wasn't sure whether adding a vinyl covering of any kind might seal moisture in, or whether it isn't really much difference to having some new panels which have like a plastic covering anyway?
