Adamo starter battery

Doing all our pre-flight checks before our winter holiday in Spain.

The manual says the starter battery is under the driver’s seat. Had a look and it is completely enclosed by the driver’s swivel seat casing and I can’t see a way into it.

Is it really there? I am going to have another squint around in the next couple of days and I would really like to tick the ‘Checked starter battery’ box before heading off.

Our hab batteries are under each seat- you have to unbolt the seats to get at them.
Does your van start? if so that's it checked.
Carry on until it doesn't start then worry or get recovered.

Yes, starts ok. I am hoping it is a maintenance-free battery but being anal about these things just want to make sure..

Like your attitude to these things though.

Yes it’ll be maintenance free, the seat will have 4 bolt’s securing it to base plus a plug to undo, just a warning the seat is heavy but if it’s not given you any issue then best left alone

Simple just get good recovery insurance and enjoy the holiday
