Looks like a French organization has successfully brought a case against Stellantis with regards to ad blu problems.
Vehicles under 5 years cost of repair met completely, vehicles over 5 years old there will be a sliding scale for costs.

Not sure if this will apply in the UK or if would apply retrospectively?

I believe the Italians insist on any faults with all the emission tat that company foots the bill.
