Ace motorhomes

*sigh* still looking for the right MoHo to tide us over so we can practice before going full time. Looked at so many really rough ones that we are now increasing our budget and decreasing our mileage on the search radius.
So there are a number of Ace MoHo's local to us. All around 2008/9 at around £25k. All slightly different layouts. Havent been to see them yet, but wonder how good they are? I believe they are part of the Swift group.

I had an Ace Modena 2005 a couple of years ago... bought it from CamperUK at Peterborough show for about £17-£18k.

It was a pretty good first van.
It was French Bed layout and Swift did a Swift one & a Bessacarr one

It did have a damp issue, which was sorted by CamperUK without quibble under their warranty.

Mine seemed to be solidly put together, everything worked as it should. Was basic but had all necessities.

We bought our first van in February an Ace Napoli...it's a 55 reg so not new although mileage was low 27,000.
We have fixed some minor things cupboard catches and some cupboard trim came away in the heat..but all easy and quick to fix...only big problem was a cracked shower tray which has been fixed..but we got the van for a good price so all's well and we love the van..the layout and size is near perfect fir us.
