Access to check antifreeze level percentage on 2016 Fiat ducato expansion tank

I want to check this percentage but the tank cap is behind a panel on drivers side of the engine (part of the drain trough below screen ) It has 2 turn buttons and it still does not want to come off so i can get cap off. Its free the turn button edge at the front but is it sealed at screen side to seal the drain trough ?? Anyone any suggestions ?

Twist the thumb turn screws, and then lift.

Many thanks. I thought that there was 2 clips looking at the slots in the picture.
Typical Fiat using clips as well as the ridge at the back that has to go under before clipping down. Mission accomplished thanks to MHF !!
