Does your red light flash every 10 seconds? I thought it was just solid red when charging but it seems to be flashing at a regular 10 second interval. I contacted Suncontrol and they said that's normal. I'm sure it hasn't been for the last year. Also the manual doesn't mention flashing. Just wondering if it is working correctly.

Any thoughts anyone?

Solid red when charging, then solid green.
These NDS controllers appear to be a bit temperamental.
Try disconnecting it for 15 minutes.
Make sure you reconnect the battery first, then the solar panel.
A blown fuse can also cause it to flash, but it should be a fast flash.

Thanks. I did think it was meant to be a solid light. I did wonder whether it was me and I just hadn't looke at it long enough in he past year to notice it flashing as it does take 10 seconds. It's odd as it is a very regular 10 seconds. It does seem to be charging though.

The guy from NDS told me it was normal but that doesn't match with what the manual says.

Fuse is ok.

I shall try the disconnecting thing tomorrow.
