After a disastrous leak between the double floors on our Malibu dumping all our fresh water in the underfloor lockers, Dan the service engineer at Alan Kerr helped Roy by looking at photos enabling him to clamp of the Leak and allowing us to take it somewhere local to get it fixed and to Shaun at Hammden caravans for being determined to fit a new pipe in the tightest of spaces, no one else would have worked so hard and for not ripping us off, bill was £78 and took 3 men ( contortionists) a couple of hours. Feeling very relieved tonight

We had a similar incident a few years ago when we hired a brand-new Roller Team from Just Go. We were on our first trip abroad in the Dordogne. One morning the wife pulled the plus out after washing up, 5 minutes later the floor was flooded.

Anyway, back to your issue. Good to hear you've managed to get it fixed and were not ripped off in the process.

Dan even sorted that Simon, he gave us brilliant service, things go wrong sometimes , but all that matters is how it gets sorted and we were so pleased x

Know that feeling! The top drawer under our sink has a cutaway back to allow the drawer to close avoiding the sink drain. The trouble is that over time, more things get put in the drawer, like the kitchen roll, which extended above the back edge and started pushing away at the sink drain until it came away.
For us all the water at least went into the drawer!

Exactly my thoughts, nothing and nobody are 100% so you know something will most probably happen that needs sorting.
My van when new had a major problem and it resulted in me giving them the name of my solicitor to talk to as I was getting to wound up communicating direct.
Soon as I did that they soon changed their tune and got it sorted PDQ😁
