A good find or just a bit dodgy?

I get a page called "partnerize.com when I click on the link on the OP post.
If you are working on a pc left click the start of the advert url and scroll across to highlight it, the copy the text. Paste the text into an new tab and enter. You should get the advert.

Have an AA or RAC check worth £200 for peace of mind and you get a condition check at the same time.

Where is the van located? Perhaps you could ask if any funsters nearby could have an initial look?

Don't want to prolong this but the op seems to have been in contact with this guy and he knows where he is, it's been checked out, and from the details we know about the van it is not out of the way on price, can't see the problem with it if it's exactly the van he's after.

Cause you can , when you apply to register an import you get an age related number.
Already edited the post.
By the time this Corona job is finished there are going to be thousands that have stood 2 years and plenty supposedly brand new vans far longer.
I'm an optimist.

Brochures for the 2010 Laika range are here Southdowns Laika

Unfortunately no weight detaiols are given, but from other ads it seems that the standard 2.3 model is on a 3500 chgassis with quoted payload of 466kg see here out and about

The 3 ltr (160) was an optional extra which would add weight there was also a chassis upgrade to 4000kg which I would have thought would have been required to give a usable payload with the 3ltr.

Also the vehicle has been stood for 4+ years what would have deteriated in that time? Full service and new tyres would probabaly be required. As it was an import is the odometer in KM or Miles?

Best of luck if you decide to veiw
lunarman - thanks for this. This was one of the reasons I was hoping to see that part of the v5 as the chap seems to think it's rated at 3.5 but was fumbling about and didn't really know what he was looking for. If the weight is wrong on the v5, it wouldn't be the first time DVLA have made a typo/mistake

Speedo (and lights) was converted to miles when it was re-registered

True re being parked up for 4 years

Sidders ask the seller to photograph all of the vin plates if it's been updated to 4tonne there will one showing that. It could easily be wrongly registered at DVLA in the first place

Sidders , is this the exact van that you want, and what price are similar ones ?
My instinct would be go for it , but you do realise you won't be going anywhere init yet awhile and there maybe another along soon.
