Looking to see if anyone can recommend suppliers of A frames for 2021 fiesta st line x edition ? Trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone here as I’m a driving instructor so would prefer to get this car converted for occasional use rather than a second car .

Might seam a strange answer, overrun breaking system £1.5k electric braking £2.5k, as a driving instructor how often do you change your car and the cost of refitting a frame? Not sure of overrun brakes with dual control? (May need additional engineering and cost). My first tow car was a 15 year old panda with a frame for £1100 off ebay. We then converted a nearly new Suzuki with TAF happy with system but planning to keep it a long time.

No need for overrun braking , more recent electronic versions avoid overrun cables which can hinder foot brake operation and are far more sensitive to motorhome braking and also do not apply brakes when the need for a short reverse arises.

Hopefully someone will post recommended supplier/fitters from recent experience.

Whoever you choose make sure they fit a proper towing beam and are not just using the towing eyes which have been known to fail and are not designed for use with an A-Frame.

And was done in 2022, had no issues. Check weight of fiesta, from memory they are very heavy but towtal confirm all compatability for you.
