We will (hopefully) be picking up our new van at the end of the month and intend to switch from the supplied Michelin Agilis Camping tyres to a set of Continental All Seasons once we get it.
I’ve read a lot of threads here about All Season and Winter options and had thought my decision was between either the Continental VanContact 4season or the Vanco Four Season 2.
Having just done another session of digging I’ve now seen Continental also do the VanContact A/S Ultra which I believe is a new(ish) model.
Has anyone any experience or comments re the VanContact A/S Ultra’s?

I can't comment on the Ultra's. Our Iveco based 6.7ton Carthago came with 4season 2's and have covered approx 35k. They still have plenty of wear left but now after 8yrs are just starting to show slight perishing. In my opinion they are a good tyre with good grip and give a quiet ride.
I've just bought some Vancontact 4season's to replace them which I got for a good deal, the tread pattern is different and I'm hoping they'll be even better.
I personally think this type of commercial tyre is better than the Camping type that have a more reinforced side wall which gives a harder ride.
