I have spent all day today trying to sort a Truma problem out of just having a clock and spanner shown. I have followed all the forum on here and have now found that there is no 12 volt but where is it supplied from. The fuses are good, the comms cable is good, I have tried the reset all to no avail. The leisure battery is good also.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Its is a Chausson 718 xlb

Do you mean 12V to the control panel? If so, I think on mine (it’s been a few years since I looked so my memory is a bit hazy), there is a fused wire from the control panel that goes to a larger 12V wire which is feeding several other things. The junction is not far from the control panel.

I had a problem with 12v power coming from the cbe unit to the boiler, I ended up putting a 12v fused feed straight to the boiler from the cab battery…

No I meant the boiler end. It should have a 12v feed but there is no voltage on the 12v cables.
