I know many friends who will be compromised by the 90 day max stay rule, even those of us who have residence in Schengen countries will doubtless have to spend time and energy on explaining our presence. I usually spent 100-120 days down in Spain every winter. We normally stay on 2 or 3 Camping & Caravan Club Winter Sun sites.(C19 having cut this short this year).
So why not do what we can to get this rule diluted for Motor homing Snowbirds?
If we email our known sites asking "We are hoping to come down to (Playa Tropicana, Marjal, Faro, Bella Vista [Insert any known sites]) staying XX days with you, but understand this won't be possible due to Schengen rules limiting our overall stay to less than 90 days, is this correct?"
Then hopefully they will get the idea that they will be loosing a lot of custom and apply pressure on their tourist boards to get the rule relaxed for MoHo owners?
If they get a few hundred such emails, it could make a difference.
