5002 awning spares

Hi all I have a 2004 auto trail and I have issues in getting spare parts for my 5002 omnistor awning. I need a back plate 3.4m. If anyone knows of anywhere where I can get one it would be much appreciated

No they haven’t. Already tried them. Cheers anyway. Think it’s gonna be a long haul.
