I think it's Jim Redman.
No, I've looked again and I think you're right, Bill Ivy.

The really nice thing is Ago is as full of life and bikes today as he was then.

What's it say on Mikes T shirt --- ===== Bastards?

I saw Phil Read at Scarborough last year - he's looking old now (like the rest of us?) but when ever he took his helmet off, he had to put his Pilot Aviator Sunglasses. Great rider but he's still the poser.

Mystery still surrounds Ivy's crash, all these years later. I met Phil Read at Mallory in 2014, i was named after him.

Bill crased because his Jawa that he was about to start racing for the team on seized and his helmet came off whe

Will finish==when he crashed he received terrible chest injuries -Ago was behind and saw the whole thing.

Well thats the story we have heard, but there have been others, including that it was after the race... maybe rumours, but from people that would know. The bike seizing is the cause for sure.

Could it be Jammy Bastards?

Whos this talking to Mike?

Now that's Jim Redman:).

Do you think? I couldn't decide. His books well worth the read. He talked about non championship races being arranged between them, but they would never involved Ready , they didn't trust him to play the game.

It's him - spot that nose anywhere:).

I had dinner with Jim Redman at a VMCC do. Interesting if you took what he said with a pinch of salt.
