3 payg 12Gb 4G data sim now £22.99 from MyMemory

Can I ask a really silly question please? Do each of these SIMs include 12Gb of data (ie a total of 36Gb across all 3 SIMs), or do you only get 3 SIMs and a total of 12Gb across all three?

3 is the name of the network, like Vodaphone or EE.

I think it is the advert that is confusing as it displays several sim cards and it would be easy to assume that you get 3 off cards.

I saw the confusion there.
My latest Deal was unlimited texts, unlimited calls and 10gb data for use in UK and Europe. There is a strange exclusion. It doesn't include calls from UK to Europe.
With EE and £15.00 month.
I could have had 12gb but that was £19.99

Thanks - I understand now!

If anyone is with PlusNet broadband then it is worth looking at their mobile rates. You can also use your monthly plan in EU countries and a few others.

Thanks for the info @CCC. My contract runs out with 3 at the end of June I currently get 30gb for £20 month but it will be £15 for 12gb when I renew but I didn't want to renew. The only problem with these PAYG seems to me that you won't have the same number with these Sims will you? I would have to change my number with various forms every time I change the sim.

Update...sorry... I've just seen that they are data Sims not call/text etc Sims.

£2 per GB doesn't sound cheep when looked at this way
Depends on how much you use of course....Watching a football match used 4gb

The triple bit is that you can break out three different sizes of sim from one card micro, mini & standard.we find them great for just using data in iPad.

Agree it is a good deal... I went to purchase one like this at the Three store last week and was told(eventually) I could only use it roaming for 2months and it was possible they could switch me off...check first if you need it for roaming longer time

It's for that reason Kath, that some of us buy two or more cards, ie, just in case. ;) Many folks talk of several months without being suspended. :)

Cheers,

Jock. :)

Looking around for other deals, KI can across these from vodaphone, based on a 30 day contract

Are you still "Hymering"?

The Sim lasts for 12 months, or the 12gb of data is used up, from the date you fit it in an appliance and first use it.

There is no cut off date except the 1 year period.

Three only allow 2 monthes use abroad on the 12gb 12 month data sim. I believe this may be complete calender months. BUT when i rang Three they said they counted every day from first use abroad until first use back in uk. Its apparent thats its not clearcut.
Is it possible to see on Three website now many days they think you have been abroad?

I bought 24Gb 24 month Sims last year for about £26 last year following @Minxy Girl 'S link from America ( its on here somewhere!)

£40.52 for 24 Gb on Amazon at the moment!

That lasts 24 months

Unless using it abroad. ;)

The reason I mentioned it is that they don't mention it when you purchase it and some folk may be unaware of it, perhaps some folk are luckier than we were

I bought ours about May before leaving the UK last year and by August they had cut me off and that was without using it very much , only for checking my email, FB and here on the forum , odd game of cards ..also we had returned to the UK for a few weeks in that time
No way had I abused the sim card

I used mine when we arrived in Spain in October and I also bought Spanish Sims as the downloads were so slow so switched it off now and again and I didn't get cut off. I definitely used it more than 2months. We arrived back in the UK 24th April and it was still working then. Thats 6 months.
