3 dongle and O2

Both my wifes and my O2 simmed 3 dongles have stopped working today, she is in Derbyshire I'm in Northumberland. It seems that O2 is on to us and are asking to contact customer support to resolve issues with our settings.

Both our O2 mobiles now have "no service" - looks like their problems have spread beyond the data part of the network now ...

:Angry: I had an outage on my THREE Broadband USB Dongle today. Luckily (or not) I had something else to do, like helping son Simon with concrete posts for his new fence. Now back and appears to have 2 Bars instead of 1, but is still floating between 3G and HSDPA which it usually does. :thumb:

Thanks for the news.
My dongle finally came back to life at sometime after two today, haven't spoken to my wife yet. What a relief.
