Looking for advice on a trip to Spain in March. We're thinking of getting through France as quickly as possible in order to spend most of our time in Spain.
We're heading initially for Biarritz and would like to explore the Pyrenees and Northern Spain, Andorra, Zaragoza probably heading over towards Barcelona.
I don't think we'll be able to go far south in the time we have as we would spend 2-3 days at each stop.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks

Do you have winter tyres or chains? I have seen snow in May when I have been to the Pyrenees / Andorra previously.

Take a warm coat...where the Med is entering Springtime, this doesn't apply to the whole of Spain....however if you don't mind a bit of chil...you can have a great time because it's a great country...

Be aware that it is now obligatory to have either snow chains or socks in nearly all the french mountainous regions, with a 135€ fine if you are stopped and asked to produce them and you can't. It's just another french stealth tax. We bought a pair of snow socks that conform to the regulations for around £40. They weigh a kilo and are in a small bag. We too have been through the Pyrenees in March with several feet of snow either side of the road.

Thanks for the advice, I didn't consider snow...

There are Ski Resorts in various Spanish locations...it's not all all Sun, Sea and Sangria but there is that also....,,,,,👍😃🇪🇦🥳

Have a look at Facebook Marketplace for a set of chains.
Make sure you know what size your tyres actually are and then you won't go far wrong.
