2nd question of the day - ferry’s to and from France

Thinking of doing a a circular route from Portsmouth or Poole to st Mali or Cherbourg and then back from le harve to Portsmouth lot save the drive to Dover and down the north coast of France .

Is it just Brittany ferries that do this ( assuming its cheaper to do a return trip ) or has anyone done something similar and has any suggestions - this is for April to June period next year.

AFAIK they are the only ones other than the Newhaven - Dieppe route.

Return trip no cheaper than two singles in our experience.

You will find DFDS Newhaven-Dieppe to be by far the cheapest route especially if you are 60 or over.
