Anyone have these factory fitted to their motorhome? Full LED not only DRLs.

I've read they have a 'neutral' beam.

Does anyone know if they are reasonably easily adjusted for driving in Europe and then adjusted back when you return to the UK ?

Or does the neutral beam cover both scenarios ?

Thanks.

I wish, mine doesn't even have the led drl and its a 2021 model

I amazed to hear someone has managed to get full led headlights on a Ducato, or am I just guessing Srp111 actually has them rather than just asking the question.

I have full LED on my 2022 camper and it’s way better than any tungsten headlight but nowhere near as good as the other LEDs we have in our main car and its predecessor. I haven’t seen another set of LEDs on any Ducato - new vans in the nearby dealerships all have tungsten candles.

As to adjustment I haven’t needed to so I will find out and respond.

We have full LED headlights on our 2023 Carado. They were specified at the time of ordering the van.

I never had the choice really, as I bought an x demo, or it was wait 10 months for one 🙈 I can live without fancy headlights due to weve never driven in the dark, not even switched them on in 5 months 🤣 So not an issue . . .

I have full LED headlights and dash on my 2022 as ordered in 2021 on a Ducato delivered Dec 2022. As for their efficacy and brightness I have yet to use them at night so no idea, but I've got them. The led dash is fine but you need to know where the information is on the display as it is visually a little small.

Below is a section of an email our dealer received some time ago.

Dear all,
We have just received new information from FIAT that option 9WE – full LED headlamps is obligatory with the existing contents of our FIAT Luxury Packs for semi-integrated (not A class) motorhomes and van conversions produced on FIAT Ducato Series 9.

Therefore, option 9WE – full LED headlamps must be added to our FIAT Luxury Packs for semi-integrated (not A class) motorhomes and van conversions produced on FIAT Ducato Series 9.

The retail prices of the FIAT Luxury Packs for FIAT Ducato Series 9 are now:

  1. Semi-integrated – £3,785 retail including VAT (was £2,850 retail including VAT, an increase of £935).
  2. Van conversions – £4,025 retail including VAT (was £3,050 retail including VAT, an increase of £975).
Probably doesn’t answer OP questions but maybe an indication of where Fiat are moving with headlights

Thats one hell of a price increase just for an LED dash and lighting on top of the massive annual price increases!

That’s for the base vehicle and was a while back now. We’ve got a fixed price so any Adria increase is fixed.

Cheers Blofield.

I've ordered a 2022 built van from a dealer in France. Its specced with the Full LED headlights. Asking to see how much work.is necessary for it to pass the IVA and be UK road legal.

The van I've ordered has the digital dash so apparently that's easy to convert to MPH.

Trying to find out if the new LEDs need replacing for the IVA paperwork. Someone told me itheir similar 2022 van with full LEDs has a very flat beam and ive also seen a discussion of a 'neutral' beam. Im hoping that with minor adjustment the beam will be UK kegal

When we ordered our spec in April 21 LED lights were an option but Fiat couldn’t supply them as they couldn’t get the LED’s due to the pandemic. Even the common LED running lights on older vans had to revert to halogen on the new ones. Sourcing clearly is getting easier now but Fiat vans are still scarce compared to what they used to be. My July 22 van is fully halogen and absolutely rubbish ☹️

We ordered around the same time as you know Roy (Collected Early Dec22) but it came with the full LED kit, so just luck of the draw I guess.
Having said that I've not driven in the dark as yet so have no idea about the LED light performance. Lets hope they last as long as they are supposed to because it's the whole unit that needs replacing not just the lamp, so the cost will be eye popping when it does happen.
