Despite changing the battery in the remote key fob locks still not responding on MH, unlocks and locks with Sigma alarm fob and using key in drivers door, anyone had same issues ?

Try a different battery?
My Discovery was telling me my remote battery needed changing yesterday.
I removed it and found it was around 2.9v
Got a spare, checked the voltage on that: 3.3v
Fitted it and car wouldn’t lock or unlock. Cleaning faces of battery and contacts inside remote and still nothing. Refitted old battery and it worked again.
Got another spare battery, voltage checked as 3.3v again, fitted it and it worked fine.
Weird. And yes, I was fitting it the correct way round every time!
