2013 Rollerteam Auto-Roller 746

Hello,

I'm going to look at a 2013 Auto-Roller 746. It's the layout we think will suit us best, in our budget and looks fairly priced. Ive had a look at the other threads about it and they're generally pretty positive.
I was just hoping for any thoughts or concerns about the model. Looks to be in decent condition. Reasonable miles.
I'm aware of the issues with ridiculous payloads on big vans limited to 3.5t. This one is 500kg but has awning, solar panel etc. on top of that.
I saw the walls were plastic rather than wood, does anyone know about the floor?

I think on an 11 year old vehicle two identical ones could be very different in how they have aged and the problems that might have developed. Unless you are very experienced in looking at motorhomes I would get an independent habitation check and get it weighed before paying any non refundable deposit or final payment. I don't know the method of construction .
