2011 Bessacar e435 bathroom lights

Can anyone help, we recently bought a 2011 Bessacar e435 and the bathroom lights don't work, I've checked the habitaion fuse 14 in the box, it has a pull cord in the bathroom and 2 led lights in the ceiling, if I undo the 3 screws on a light it just takes the cover off but I can't see how the led comes out or if it even does.
The people we bought it off say it was working last week while they were away so has anyine any ideas/advice?

Also the flush on the loo isn't working, I have checked the fuse under the casset and that was OK.
