Burstner Elegance
Does anyone have any idea as to what vehicle the heated mirror glass used on a 2007 Elegance was from. It’s NOT a Fiat Ducato because the one on my van is a one piece glass and totally different to the Ducato. The heater elements seem to be not working but the switch is.
Also, anyone know how the fix / come out before I break one trying to remove it! :giggle:

Scrap that! Found them. (y) The best thing is, is that they aren’t heated anyway! Fantastic! No wonder they wouldn’t work! Kinda makes you wonder why Burstner would incorporate the switch which doesn’t do anything into their interior. Hey ho.

Well I found the whole complete unit. (y) I also found that you can get heated ones too. So mine may be heated after all! They are also used on Caterpillar agricultural vehicles! I found this website that specialises In all things mirror related and camera systems. I’m going to call them on Monday to see if I can get the heated glass separately. (y)

Yeah, I have one of those temperature gun jobbies. The switch made no difference to the mirrors.
Are the mirror backs easy to pop off? I don’t want to damage them if I can help it.
