2004 Lunar Champ, to buy or not? Help

Hi,

We have viewed a 2004 Lunar champ H591 this evening.

Lovely layout, reasonable condition, 50k miles, good history, for a good price (we think). On a fiat ducato base.

We have found it hard to find specific reviews... but every now and again I see something bad written regarding the lunar brand.

Are these any good? Brand good? Build quality good?

What are the known faults? Should I be looking at other brands in this range?

From reading various threads/posts I would say no, water ingress and damp seem a common fault. Leaky Lunar phrase gets mentioned a lot.

I have heard the leaky lunar name alot now, but, I have heard many vans can get water ingress.

Surely, with this in mind, they can be fixed?

Or can damp write them off?
