20.4 volts!

I appear to have a problem in that my Adria twin 640 sgx is showing a vehicle battery voltage of 20.4 volts at the control panel above the door can anyone give me an idea of what might be my problem I have a fogstar280A battery viction shunt, mppt, and the Schult B2B. It appears that I’m getting a back feed from the power control unit
The battery voltage is 12.7 and leisure 14.2

If the control panel is a Schaudt DT220 there could be configuration issues and a reset needed (information about this can be found at www.apuljackelectronics.co.uk in their catalogue , control panels section and could be worth looking at )
