I installed a 12v multi colour led strip behind a plinth in the lounge part of my motorhome. All good except I took the most convenient live 12v point to add my switch. The switch is not well placed and often we end up in bed before discovering we forgot to switch the damm strip off (I know, first world problem) anyway the question is, would it be possible to add a second switch to be able to switch the strip on and off from a second location. Most houses have this for the hall/landing light.

Yes as long as they are 2 way switches. You'll need to install a 2 core cable between the switches, then power supply to one switch and LED strip positive to the other šŸ‘

No familiar with this area at all. I have few switches with 3 poles but the 3rd pole is a negative to allow an led on light to function.

I found this,q not pretty but I can hide it well enough. Do you think it's suitable?
