Hi, the 2 pin 12v socket on my Avantgarde 400 RL stopped working the other night, I use it to power my Cpap machine for sleep Apnoea.

I've used this on a few occasions when I haven't had a 240v hook up but the other night it started working intermittently, I managed to use it for the night like this but then the second night I had no power at all, I checked the socket with my meter and there is definitely no voltage at the socket, does anybody know where the cables run, I've traced it to behind the fridge but without removing fridge, I can't follow it any further, it's in a run with the TV coax cable.

Also does anyone know which fuse it would be run off and where it is located, I checked the auxiliary fuse under the rear seat, this was good.

Thank you

Bump. Hope someone can help.

Sorry I can't answer but can you rig up a temp socket direct from the battery (via an in line fuse) until you have time to get it sorted?

And of course my comment also bumps up your message !!

I do not know if it would help , but a wiring diagram with fuses shown for an Avantgarde can be found in Resources (bottom of this page) , An Elddis Autoquest manual with this information can be downloaded in the Manuals for Motorhomes Stuff section.
