12v and 240v on fridge stopped working and minor body work repairs

Anyone out there know someone who can fix 13 year old Dometic fridge and possibly repair small rear dinks on my plastic autotrail apache
within a reasonable radius of sw london.

The fridge sounds eminently fixable, but the OP was asking for names of people to fix it, not how to diagnose and fix the faults.
