12 volt system not working

Hi really new to motorhome life purchased a 2005 globe bus at end of last year used once before parking it for winter can’t seem to get any 12 volt systems any advise please

Leisure battery showing 12 volts on multimeter plugged in 240 light on control panel on for 240 but nothing on the 12 v side

What was the voltage on the 12v side before plugging into mains?
If too low the Elektroblock will have shut the system down, there is a switch on the front of the Elektroblock you will have to turn off and then back on. May not work on a van of that age those switches are well known for being dodgy.

Does your control panel look like this? if so is the 3 way switch on the left hand side in the down position for the leisure battery powering the habitation area and the far right hand switch on?

Unsure the control panel was dead so I only put multimeter on battery like I said really new sorry

found that switch and tried on and off no change is there anything to suggest unit is on as no lights I can see
