We are in Spain at the moment & planning on going to Évora Portugal beginning of March. Any advice for two nights stop. TIA

Stayed at Orbitur Évora a few years back, nice enough site level walking distance into Evora. Mulberry trees were a problem (stained like indelible ink) but shouldn’t trouble you in March.

We had a night at Evora a couple of weeks ago. We stayed on the Aire. It is a car-park with marked moho bays but with a water and dumping area. An easy walk to town. All a little tired but quiet at night and friendly enough.
The town has lots of historical/religious sites and a spacious square with a range of bars. There’s lpg and supermarkets on the ring road.
I think there was enough there for a couple of days but we’d done a lot of travelling by then and wanted to settle for a few days.
I’m sure we’ll go back again.

I liked Evora, interesting place. The local Ferrari owners club met up for lunch when we visited

I stayed on the aire two nights ago and echo this.
The aire was basic but free with services working and an easy walk into Evora which is certainly worth a visit.

It's a new one only opened 4/5 years ago. The first time we stopped there it hadn't been open long we were the only ones there. The following year it was in Camper Contact & it was rammed. It was very clean and pristine both times we stopped there.

If you are going to Evora campsite, keep away from the trees. This one fell on our van soon after we arrived

, no damage but lots of leaves inside!
