We on the Newhaven ferry on 26th Nov..heading to La Toretta site . Not been there before. Anyone know the best pitches for the sun :giggle:
Those furthest away from "the fridge". ;)

The tall college building next to the site casts a huge shadow over the pitches closest to it, and is known as "the fridge".
Great in the summer months perhaps, but not in the winter months. ;) HTH.

We were scheduled to arrive on Villasol md February. This has been brought forward to mid January. BRING IT ON I say. 👍

Arriving at Villasol 13 January until 12 March. It will be our first time staying at Beni. We know of a few people who will be staying on various sites so it will be nice to meet up and of course we would welcome meeting up with anyone else who is happy to.

Pauline.

Which route are you taking? We’re the ones who have gone back to having a caravan.
Yes, we met at Drax. 👍
Re the route, not completely decided yet, but if weather permits, down the central route through France, picking up the A75 at Cleremont Ferrand, then straight down passing Perpignan Beziers and Montpellier, and overnighting at La Jonquera just over the border. If not, then it'll be tonka's Western Route down to Bordeaux, San Sebastian and beyond, to Vitoria Gasteiz for an overnighter. Either route will be non toll. 👍

HTH,

Jock. :)
