Obtained our pet passport from a very helpful veterinary surgeon in Brittany. Here are a few points.
The microchip number cannot be entered on the French system until the pet has been in France for 3 months but is not compulsory.
The name and address of the owner of the pet can be in the UK.
The Rabies vaccination details can be transferred to the EU passport from the UK details, BUT, the officials at the Ports do not all know this so Passports have been denied and the veterinary surgeons...
