General Information

The town has gone against motorhomes now but on the way out there is a place to park on the side of the road in order to go to the cable car.
Check the prices before you go up there as it is quite expensive (for me anyway) but worth every centime.
There is a camp site in the town.
Personally speaking, after they put height barriers on the aire, and me going into the office de tourisme to ask where I could park to be told "Nowhere" then finding somewhere, I wasnt prepared to stay the night so...

Parking grepon as you come down toward town from the Mont Blanc tunnel roundabout always has dozens of motorhomes parked up for months some of them. There is also overnight parking further out toward la Praz. A little way after MBC.
The bar I would recommend is Big Mountain Brewing, Avenue Ravanel le Rouge. Obviously I’m biased as it’s my lads bar. He doesn’t run the bar. He has a bar manager. They sell mostly Big Mountain Brewing beers. I should point out here that these are ales and not lagers.just a little further along the road is Annapurna restaurant. A surprisingly good curry restaurant. I can also recommend Munchies as a very nice restaurant but a little bit more expensive.
Poco Loco is more cheap and cheerful burger and chips type place. Elevation, a bar that does great breakfast is opposite the railway station. There is a good coffee shop opposite what we call the cheap shop (I don’t know it’s real name) down the one way street from the bar.
I hope some of this helps.
