Don't own one yet
Hi All

I have a Swift 696 2016. With Trauma heating.

I've used it a few times since owning. Gas, dual elec.
Today however I tried to use just on electric (Mobile office) and it just have the w 45 error. I checked fuses etc etc seems fine. I'm sure I've used this previously the night I purchased I stayed in it without EHU and heated perfectly. What else is worth trying to see why it won't work?

Thanks as always
M

W45 is ehu electric not getting through.
Check.your ehu plugs, and maybe trip switch

So I've assumed putting it on Elec 1 and having heating without a hookup should work? Or is it Gas only without EHU.

Maybe I'm just having a moment

Electric only works on EHU. It is 230v. Gas only setting will run the burner with your 12v battery system running the fan.

Gas only unless plugged in I'm.afraid Crim.
It will use 12v for the fan and gas for the heat.

Works better on gas tbh.

You need to update your profile too. According to that you don't own a van yet. Putting your general location is useful as well because if you ask for a dealer/repairer etc. you may live in Cornwall and get suggestions for somewhere in Scotland. Likewise ferries. Plymouth may be closer than Dover.
