Rwg mobile down?

Anyone having problems with RWG today.
WiFi is OK. Tried sim in another phone and it's the same. 4g data and telephone service not working. Tried contacting customer service but only available mon-fri . Waiting on message response.

Just checked spare phone which has RWG Sim. Data not working or phone part. Is it a Now mobile (EE) as these are the carrier.

RWG down again yesterday back on last night. Off again today. Their customer service is awful. No answers to phone calls, no replies to emails, no updates on socials. Time to go I think.

What customer service. They don't reply to Emails, the phone or even signed for letters sent to the CEO.

They stuffed me up well and truly a few years ago as my sim wasn't working due to an error at the provider's end. I needed it as it was the main contact for my Mum's care home, banking etc. and despite having free calls/texts every month I had no option to port out after a day as they couldn't get me up and running again due to waiting for EE to get back to them. It took a couple of days to transfer over and I never got a call back from RWG during that time to sort it out.
