Paulbauernhof Stellplatz

We eyed this stell up from home owing to its confirmed price of 12 euros (leccy and showers extra) and location to Salzburg.
It is a working farm and you are just behind the cow shed and against a railway. Neither of which have worried us in the slightest. Calves are housed outside the shed and they have a remote control cow dung picker upper that cleans the manure up in the same style as a remote lawn mower.
There are 8/9/10 hardcore pitches and long lead required for a couple of pitches.
It is in the middle of nowhere but there is a sign to the stell from the main road which we took as sat nav wanted to take us up a 3m bridge road but that is ok as well because the bridge is past the entrance to the stell.
Flies are an issue if you have become undisciplined with closing your fly screen. The best pitches are against the fence looking over open fields with birds of prey and the Alps of Salzburg area as a backdrop.
Park up and hunt out the shop. She makes her own cheese at 22 euros a kilo. Gouda with paprika and Gouda with Italian herbs were the choice Paula made but she does soft cheese as well with similar garnishes. Paula tried it last night, we will be purchasing more tonight.
Their own ice cream is also available. Cash only.
There is a cycle route on back roads to Laufen where if you take the Austrian bank there is a cycle path through the woods then along the main river straight into Salzburg. I m estimating 18 km and I m told it's flat.
