Following on from my back surgery for Cauda Equina 5 months ago I did um and argh over doing this. But it was free and recovery is doing well.
Paula was a lot more reticent as she isn't great with heights but as I kept telling her "The grandkids will think Nana is a superhero" she gave it a go.
It was surprisingly difficult to get up the rope ladders but after that the crossings were ok but I struggled with the flying foxes or zip wires as we would call them. You have to hold your own bodyweight as you come down but nothing to grip onto so fingers took the brunt.
Nappy and helmet provided along with safety directions
29 euros or free with KC and you can stay all day. 5 courses getting progressively higher.
About 400 m from the pyramid.
English was fluent.
