Antequera, Spain 12th June 2023

Decided to visit Antequera and the surrounding area for a few days between commitments. There's an official aire in Antequera which is fine and has water etc but unfortunately the Spanish also park cars adjacent to the motorhome bays which could make it difficult to exit the bay if it was busy. So I decided to try out the unofficial parking area next to the castle just outside the town. It's a nice, flat parking area with good views and quiet...apart from the barking dog which didn't stop all night. A pity because it is a nice spot and not far to walk into Antequera which is very interesting. I only stayed one night as a result so didn't get to try out any cycle routes.
