As soon as we were back from the trip to Spain and France it was time to start looking for somewhere to go for the early summer next year.
We have toured France and Spain a few times on the motorcycle, car and motorhome. I prefer Spain and Claire likes France. She is pretty decent at speaking French whereas I last learned at school. That was 51 years ago!
Constraints? My last Arsenal season ticket game is on or around May 18th against Newcastle at the Emirates. This is liable to have a date and time change for TV though! I am also going to be doing the Relay Riders charity run that starts towards the end of June and runs into July.
Last year I had been to Assen for the MotoGP and got home at around 9pm and was out again at 3am for my leg of the relay! Not again!
So the holiday has to be between those events.
