Further to Val and Bob stepping down this year I have taken on the job of trying to keep it going as it seemed a shame to let it slip by. This is the first event I have organized with MHF so please bare with me, any questions or queries please message me.

The rally starts from 1000 Hrs 30th October until 1300 Hrs Sunday 2nd November

What 3 Words, pedicure.glitter.showdown
We have hard-standing, toilets only, (No showers) and a room for evening socialising. Please note there is no EHU.
We will hopefully have some sort of Quiz / Bingo / music for light hearted laughs
Bring your own drink / nibbles.
Whitby center is around a 15 / 20 min walk away.
Bacon / sausage butties Sunday morning
THE SCHOOL REQUESTS ALL DOGS TO BE ON LEADS AND TO CLEAR ANY DEPOSITS THEY MAY LEAVE.

Limit is 25 motorhomes/caravans including marshalls
Cost £15.00 per unit per night which includes the hire of the room(1 x night £15.00, 2 x nights £30.00, 3 x nights £45.00) please state many nights you want to attend.
A £10.00 Deposit is required by the end of March 2025. This will book your place with the balance due by end of August 2025. Once your name is added to the Attendee list I will PM bank details for payment. PLEASE ADD FORUM NAME WHEN MAKING PAYMENT.
