I am trying to organise a rally at the ONLY WW! aerodrome still existing as it was built/developed
it is running from Monday 2nd June @1400 until Wednesday 4th June at 1300 hours - so two nights in total.
The price will be £25 per night (2 nights = £50) and will include a tour of the museum (around 90 mins) which is usually £12.50 per person.
we were offered the opportunity to have an evening meal in the airmans mess, but again the numbers need to be a certain level in order to make it viable for the Aerodrome.
we already have a number of people who have expressed an interest and some have suggested highlighting Stow Maries as a separate rally, rather than a follow on from Thorpe le Soken. There is NO requirement to attend the Thorpe le Soken rally in order to attend the Stow Maries Aerodome rally. We need at least 11 more motorhomes to make it close to being a viable event.
