As previous recent years I am going to be at Lyndon Top from Thursday 26th June till 1st July
It’s nice to get together with others and anybody else who fancies meeting old or new friends are very welcome to join us
The agenda is virtually zero, but fish and chips will be arranged for Friday tea time, hopefully nice enough to sit outside together but I can’t book the weather

A great location over looking Rutland Water, the most relaxed camp site we have ever used. No facilities other than elsan and fresh water taps, but only £16 / night
There is a pub just over a mile away in Manton Village, serves good food and beer, I might be tempted to join anybody who fancies a stroll or cycle here
There is a golf club adjacent to the camp site that welcomes walk in visitors and is closer than the pub
Nice walks from camp site, dog friendly site and pub / golf club
There is a cycle / footpath right round Rutland Water that is too much for me now but accessible from the camp site for the adventurous
Looking forward to meeting old and new friends , this is not a rally, if you want to come book directly with the site and add MHF after your registration on the booking
They don’t offer a discount and I am not doing a block booking in the hope of saving £1 / night
, we will be allocated our own area, I favour the same as the last two years on the right before the barrier, it seemed to work well
For now you can just confirm an interest in coming , but if you book please let me know on here which dates you are coming for
