Apologies for my late response to your question.
I bought our motorhome in early summer this year and the seller told me the batteries were three years old. I ordered my lithium a week after purchase but the shipping date from China had been put back. The previous owner looked after the batteries and I took a 8 week summer break with them and as I said in the listing they worked faultlessly. Our delayed Roamer battery finally arrived and is now installed; hence the sale. Succinctly from knowledge they are 3.6 years old.
I have just looked at the stamp marks on top of the batteries but there is nothing that I can read as a date, I understand manufacturers often code dates to hide the manufacture date from the retail date.
So in truth I’ve no idea
Hi Clemmo
Not trying to mislead you on the age but in truth you can’t be sure.
What I do know is that they hold charge and function perfectly. If you live in the East Midlands area come and pick them up and try them if you’re happy with them pay me if you’re not just bring them back. Cheers
