This small unit works on 12V and on mains with the supplied adapter. To run on 12V will require you to make a cable up with the correct plug on.
Hardly used as it has been my "spare" for a few years but tested and working perfectly.
Comes with an unused remote control and remote infa red eye so the unit can be hidden in a cupboard and not seen.
A very competent Receiver and for its size and power consumption works really well.
