I am reluctantly selling "Florence" my lovely 5-berth motorhome as, due to personal circumstances, she is too big for just me and my Irish Setter, Raff, so I'm looking for something much smaller and also toying with the idea of a self-build (although enthusiasm trumps technical skill). Again, due to personal circumstances I have done less than 1200 miles this year, I've probably spent more time cleaning and "fussing" over her than actually going away!
There is a good sized over cab bed with, I would say, better than average headroom. The table can be lowered to make a small double bed and the side sofa makes a comfortable single. The seating can be arranged into an L-shaped sofa, either at the front across the drivers/passengers access, or at the rear across the kitchen access. I took the carpets up when I bought it to make it easier to keep the floor clean if Raff was wet and put down washable rugs. I have now put the carpets back down. There is a 3-way fridge with freezer compartment, 3-ring gas hob and a small oven above the fridge (this is probably the worst aspect of the layout - at least if you are only 5'5" like me!). I did remove the satellite dish from the roof to allow for the solar panel (leaving enough space to add a second panel) and a low power microwave would sit in the TV cabinet (this is where the previous owners had one). I have added 3 double USB charging ports, (one by the over cab bed, one above the single sofa and one by the 230v socket in the TV cabinet). There is a second 230v socket by the door and another, with USB charging points near the sink.
I did check the mileage when I bought her, as it is so low, but from what I have seen on the previous MOTs it is completely genuine.
In the short time I have had her I have spent around £7,000 on improving her. This has included:

I have replaced the tired looking and marked bathroom sink.
All lights changed to either LED bulbs or completely new touch operated LED Lights
Milenco Security Door Lock to Habitation Door. I have also had a third key cut for this lock.
I will include the Waste Master grey water container, EHU lead and some home-made skid mats.
The MOT is due in October, I will get this done and have her serviced before selling. I have also written a small "Idiots Guide to Florence" which might help
