Hi first time abroad with motorhome. Not too bothered about tv but want to be able to receive and send emails, ftime my family, banking etc. We have 02 unlimited in eu, also have vpn. Can i just rely on campsite wifi and hotspots in towns etc or do i need to buy something. Not techi at all. Thanks

Yes thats fine, some will say use your VPN for privacy but we never do and as we have 100gb we only use free WiFi if there is no signal or poor speed.

I get 100gb a month on contract in england , when we got on the tunnel i turned on roaming and now i can use it the same in the eu but with a maximum of 25gb .

Campsite wifi are usually very poor or limited to the area around reception so using your phones connection will be fine. You can also hotspot your phone if you want to connect a laptop.
Are you sure you have unlimited data in EU? For most it's limited to 25 Gb in eu.
But that should be ample for your stated use. It's streaming tv that gobbles up lots of data.

It will also depend on how long you go for. We changed to Popit as you can us your unlimited calles and texts and the amount of data you pay for without being charged extra or have the data capped for up to 6 months.
