I think they are only found around the Mediterranean. My guess is juvenile Sand Martin, there seems to be a bit of white around the throat. :)

yes I think that's probably a better fit, geographically, as well as the plumage

They are nesting in a gap at the top the marina corrugated vertical wall plates and the wall edging, which fits with the Sand Martin.
Earlier when I peered over the side there were 4 youngsters, but when I got back with my phone to take the picture just the one left. The adults are still feeding in the twilight as they have been all afternoon. Great aire here in Wittenberge parked overlooking the Elbe.
